BUT the benefits of it were acceptable- 3x30x5= $450 - $150 can be used at the hotel to purchase food/drinks etc. I didn't know about the "destination fee" of $30/day per person. When housekeeping came they replenished the towels & shampoo/conditioner without being asked! We happened to be on the 30th floor, corner room- our window viewed Central Park! I thought the beds & sheets were comfortable, we used the safe, everything looked clean. Even in the busiest times (we stayed thurs-tues), we didn't have much of a wait. You walk up to 10 elevators, touch your floor # on a screen then it tells you which door to go into, it brings you right to your floor. The elevators were efficient and I thought they were pretty high tech from the hotels I've been to across the country.
